Watemelon Hibiscus Agua Fresca

This summery sipper is perfect as a mocktail or a cocktail! If you're trying to spike the punch, we recommend adding an ounce or two of St. Germain Elderflower liqueur at the end and blend for a few more seconds. Kick off your shoes and drink up!


  • 3 cups watermelon cubes
  • A small spig (maybe 5 large leaves) of spearmint or mint
  • 7 oz. CK SH
  • Optional: 1 to 2 oz. St. Germain or sparkling wine or vodka or any other "spike" of choice


  1. Put watermelon cubes in food processor or smoothie. Blend a few seconds until it is a thick puree.
  2. Add mint leaves and pulse a few more times.
  3. Add CK SH and blend again after the fizz lessens.
  4. If adding booze, now's the time!
  5. Serve with watermelon wedge and an extra sprig of mint.
