Ginger Mint Lemonade Margarita

We launched our newest flavor of booch just in time for Cinco de Mayo, so we figured there's no better way to celebrate than with a refreshing cocktail! We love this twist on a classic margarita on the rocks, without all the sugar of more traditional margs. It's best served in highball glasses or big margarita classes (and it's great with chips and guac!)


  • 1 bottle Clearly Kombucha Ginger Mint Lemonade
  • 1 lime, cut in wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges
  • 3 oz. silver tequila
  • ice
  • kosher salt


  1. Rub lime around the rim of your glass and then carefully turn it over on a bowl of salt to salt the rim. Set back upright.
  2. Split a bottle of Clearly Kombucha Ginger Mint Lemonade between the two glasses.
  3. Add 1 to 1.5 ounces of silver tequila to each glass. Stir.
  4. Add ice cubes (or one large cube) to each glass.
  5. Squeeze in some fresh lemon and lime to taste and add a wedge to the rim. Enjoy!
