- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 inch piece of seedless cucumber
- 1/2 cup Ginger Mint Lemonade Clearly Kombucha
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Topping ideas: blueberries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, kiwi, fresh mint, lemon slices
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with desired toppings and serve!
