Ginger Mint Lemonade Booch Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 inch piece of seedless cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Mint Lemonade Clearly Kombucha
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Topping ideas: blueberries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, kiwi, fresh mint, lemon slices


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with desired toppings and serve!
