Healthy Superbowl Snacking

Superbowl Sunday is almost here and for some of us that means one thing: snacktime party extravaganza! At Clearly Kombucha we believe in the #treatyoself outlook on life, but we also believe in treating ourselves better, with tasty snacks that also happen to be nourishing.

Regardless of who wins or loses the big game, these snacks will be the one thing everyone at your party can agree on.

Kale chips— While some people might argue that kale chips are so two thousand and late, we disagree. Kale chips are an awesome alternative to fried or store-bought chips and are so easy to make. For some kale chip tips, head on over to Oh She Glows

Plantain chips— We think that plantain chips are the most underrated snack food on the planet. At the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco last month, we discovered Marjorie’s Steel Drum Plantain Chips and we’re obsessed! They’re made with Non-GMO ingredients and an amazing spice mix and we can’t get enough. They pair well with guac and pico de gallo.

Guacamole— Everybody loves guac. But we think we can take it to the next level. Food52’s Kristen Miglore recommended this guacamole recipe and we think it’s the best we’ve ever had.

Popcorn— Popcorn is a great crowd-pleaser and over the last few years, many brands of ready to eat popcorn have, well, popped up. One of our all-time favorites is Skinny Pop, which is Non-GMO and made with clean ingredients.

Booch— Football + ice cold booth = match made in heaven
